• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real money.

To open an Account and use 456bdo services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

456bdo reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until documents are provided and accepted.

Each Player may hold only one active Account on 456bdo. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

All financial transactions on 456bdo are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels. The current approved channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 456bdo does not accept deposits via international wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the cashier section of the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Refer to the cashier section within your Account for current limits.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard accounts — within 24 hours of approval. Gold tier — within 12 hours. Platinum tier — within 4 hours. Diamond tier — within 30 minutes where operationally possible.
• Withdrawal identity match: The name on your 456bdo Account must match the name registered with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Mismatches will cause your withdrawal to be held pending verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.

456bdo does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which 456bdo accepts no responsibility. 456bdo reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal request that appears unusual or is above a threshold determined by our compliance team.

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed identity verification and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

By placing any bet or wager on 456bdo, you accept the specific rules that govern that game, sport, or betting market. General betting rules applicable across all 456bdo products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 456bdo does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game or bet placement, 456bdo reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on the Platform are determined by real-time data feeds, certified random number generators (RNG), or live dealer operations — depending on the product type. All RNG outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
• Cricket betting markets on 456bdo (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh) are governed by the rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, the applicable void/settlement rules will apply as stated per market type.
• 456bdo reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or game at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 456bdo and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraud against 456bdo or other Players.
• Facilitating or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Allowing another person to use your Account, or using another person's Account, for any purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, without disclosing this to 456bdo.

456bdo is committed to promoting responsible gambling across our entire platform. We provide the following tools to all Players, accessible at any time via your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period, independent of deposit amounts.

• Any action or omission by a third-party payment provider, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, that affects the timing or success of a deposit or withdrawal.
• Loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials confidential.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your 456bdo Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations or compliance holds. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon account closure.

456bdo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — in its sole discretion — that you have violated any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming platforms.
